Our Payment Policy

This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the payments made for purchases through the Luminx Mart website and mobile application (“Platform”). By placing an order or making a payment, you agree to comply with the policies described below.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

Luminx Mart offers multiple secure payment options for your convenience. We currently accept:

  • UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)

  • Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, RuPay)

  • Credit Cards

  • Net Banking

  • Wallet Payments (if supported by payment gateway)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (optional – remove if not applicable)

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners.


2. Payment Security

We take payment security seriously.

  • All online transactions are encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

  • We do not store or access your complete payment card or banking information.

  • Sensitive data is handled directly by PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.

Although we follow industry best practices, Luminx Mart cannot be held responsible for any unauthorized transactions due to user negligence (such as loss of device or compromised login credentials).


3. Order Confirmation

Your order will be confirmed only after the payment has been successfully received (except for COD orders, if applicable).

Once payment is completed:

  • You will receive an Order Confirmation Email/SMS.

  • Orders with incomplete or failed payments will not be processed.

If payment is deducted but the order does not reflect, please contact our support team with payment proof.


4. Pricing & Taxes

  • All product prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees (INR).

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Applicable taxes (GST, state taxes, etc.) will be included at checkout.

  • Any additional charges such as shipping fees will be displayed before payment.

Luminx Mart is not responsible for pricing errors caused by system glitches or third-party technical issues.


5. Failed or Declined Transactions

Reasons for failed payments may include:

  • Insufficient balance

  • Incorrect payment details

  • Network failure

  • Bank server downtime

  • Payment gateway issues

If a transaction fails but money is deducted from your account, it is usually refunded automatically by your bank within 3–7 business days.
If the amount is not refunded within this period, please contact us.


6. Refunds for Cancelled or Returned Orders

Refunds will be issued when:

  • An order is cancelled by the customer (before dispatch)

  • An order is cancelled by Luminx Mart due to stock issues or payment verification failure

  • A return request is approved as per our Return Policy

Refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within:

  • 3–7 business days for prepaid orders

  • 7–10 business days depending on the bank/payment gateway

Cash on Delivery refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.


7. Cash on Delivery (COD) (Remove this section if COD is not offered)

If COD is available:

  • COD is applicable only for select locations and order values.

  • Customers must provide a valid mobile number and address.

  • Fake or incomplete COD orders may be cancelled without notice.

Refusal to accept COD orders may lead to restriction of future COD services.


8. Payment Verification

To prevent fraud:

  • Some orders may require additional manual verification via phone or email.

  • Luminx Mart reserves the right to request valid identification or payment proof.

  • Orders failing verification may be cancelled and refunded.


9. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you wish to dispute any payment:

  • First contact our support team for resolution.

  • Filing unnecessary chargebacks may result in account suspension.

We strive to resolve all payment concerns promptly and transparently.
