This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.

By purchasing from our website or mobile app (“Platform”), you agree to the terms described below.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or replacement only if:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or wrong product

  • The product does not match the description on our website/app

  • Certain electrical items fail to function out of the box

To qualify for a return:

  • The request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and tags

  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice/order confirmation) must be provided

Products damaged due to improper installation, mishandling, or physical damage by the customer are not eligible for returns.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Copper wires cut to required length

  • MCB devices & electrical protection components

  • Lighting products once installed

  • Opened electrical accessories

  • Items with tampered packaging or missing components

We reserve the right to deny return requests that do not meet product safety or resale standards.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via:

  2. Provide the following details:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Images/videos showing the issue

  3. Our support team will review your request within 24–48 hours.

  4. If approved, we will arrange a pickup or ask you to ship the item back using a reliable courier service.

Note: Return approval is subject to quality inspection once the product is received.


4. Replacement Policy

A replacement will be issued if:

  • The returned product passes inspection

  • A replacement unit is available in stock

If a replacement is not available, we will offer:

  • An alternative product

  • Store credit

  • A full refund to the original payment method

Replacement shipping charges (if any) will be borne by Luminx Mart.


5. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • Approved returns

  • Cancelled orders before shipping

  • Product not available after order placement

Refund Timeline:

  • Prepaid Orders: 3–7 business days

  • COD Orders: Refund issued via bank transfer/UPI within 5–10 business days

  • Refund duration may vary depending on bank/payment gateway processing times

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Order Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible, but you may request a return after delivery (based on eligibility).

If we cancel your order due to:

  • Payment issues

  • Stock unavailability

  • Incorrect address or contact details

You will be notified promptly, and your payment will be refunded.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a package that is:

  • Visibly damaged

  • Tampered

  • Missing items inside

Please report it within 24–48 hours with photos/videos so we can assist immediately.

Failure to report within the timeframe may void return eligibility.


8. Quality Inspection & Approval

All returned items undergo strict inspection for:

  • Physical damage

  • Signs of installation or use

  • Missing parts

  • Packaging condition

If the product fails inspection, the return request may be rejected and the product will be shipped back to the customer.


9. Fraudulent or Abusive Return Claims

Luminx Mart reserves the right to:

  • Reject return/refund claims

  • Block accounts

  • Take legal action

If fraudulent or repeated misuse of the return policy is detected.
