  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

  • Delays may occur during high-demand periods, stock shortages, or due to unforeseen circumstances.

We will notify you promptly if there is any delay or stock-related issue.


2. Shipping Methods

Luminx Mart partners with reliable courier and logistics companies to ensure safe and timely delivery.
We offer:

  • Standard Delivery (default option)

  • Express Delivery (if available in your location)

Delivery method availability depends on your pin code and region.


3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Local & Within West Bengal: 2–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 4–8 business days

  • Remote or rural areas may require additional days depending on courier service availability.

These are approximate timelines and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals or holidays

  • Operational disruptions


4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges depend on:

  • Delivery location

  • Order weight and size

  • Current shipping offers

Shipping fees (if applicable) will be visible at checkout before payment.

Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or for certain order values.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email/SMS/WhatsApp notification with tracking details.

  • You can track your package through the courier’s tracking portal or through your Luminx Mart account.

If tracking is not updated for more than 48 hours, contact our support team for assistance.


6. Delivery Attempts

The courier will attempt delivery 1–3 times, depending on their policy.
If the package is not accepted:

  • It may be returned to us as “undelivered.”

  • Reshipping may require additional shipping charges.

Customers are responsible for providing correct and reachable address details.


7. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages

If your package appears:

  • Damaged

  • Opened

  • Tampered

  • Missing items

Please:

  1. Refuse delivery if visibly damaged at the time of arrival, OR

  2. Notify us within 24–48 hours with images/videos if damage is noticed after opening.

We will assess the issue and arrange replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.


8. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Luminx Mart is not responsible for:

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses

  • Delays caused by unreachable phone numbers

  • Additional fees for reshipping

Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.


9. Undeliverable Orders

Orders may be considered undeliverable if:

  • Courier cannot reach the customer

  • Address is incorrect or incomplete

  • Customer is unavailable during repeated delivery attempts

Undelivered orders may be cancelled and refunded (shipping charges may be deducted).


10. Delivery Restrictions

Certain items such as delicate electrical products or oversized items may have delivery limitations based on:

If your order cannot be delivered due to such limitations, we will notify you immediately.

Currently, Luminx Mart ships only within India.
